The exchange Rate is 1 USD = 3000 credits. It is equal to the former rate of 1 USD = 1500. The new shop calculates the price of items in a different manner. Therefore, we have made the costs equal out to be the same. (In this perspecitve the actual 1 USD = 3000 credits is the same quality/quantity as the former 1 USD = 1500 credits)
